Heh…nice to see that idea being picked up by a major manufacturer. I released that very same holster design ( I call it the Quantum) in June 2011, hand-made, custom fitted all leather rig, with the ability up upscale it with exotic leathers and colors, at only $20 more than the Galco.
Which says something about big name corporations…I’m producing a profitable holster that is hand made of leather, and they’re charging THAT much for a machine made kydex rig? Where is the value in that?
Unless you have a Glock or a Sig you can’t get it. Emailed Dragon Leatherworks earlier this week about a holster for my CZ P-07 duty as they didn’t have it listed as an option. Got an email back same day and they added the gun mold and holster has been ordered. That’s customer service.

Also forgot to mention…a review of the Quantum appears in this month’s Shooting Illustrated, under the Accessories and Gear section.
