It is my understanding that, under their rules, it takes 4 “Yes” votes to bring a case to the Supremes. Since there are (supposed to be) 4 “Conservative Judges” on the bench, plus Wild-Card Kennedy, I wonder who’s not voting Yes. I suspect Alito, since he was the one that threw in all those “Rules and Regs” into the Heller decision that the Anti-Gun Politicians are using to deny the RKBA in their polities.

It is my understanding that there are similar cases working towards SCOTUS that are far better than the ones that were rejected.
