I think that was basically a TaeKwondDo demonstration…until they picked up the guns, then it became Hapkido.

Saw it when they had the Olympics and thought it was the cat’s pants. Now, it just makes me count rounds left.

Yeah mostly choreographed silliness (like the counter-flip-flip. I have doubts that would work if the other party wasn’t a willing participant)
Still at 0:40 was that a petard they used to breech the door? Those seem cool!

Used to know an ex-ROK sargeant who taught LRRPs over in Vietnam in the late sixties; he didn’t use fancy moves and such, he used quick nasty stuff that didn’t cause much noise or excess body movements.
