Interesting part I saw was how they redistricted. In the past, my part of Tipton county was cut out of Jimmy’s area and given to Fayette county, where retired Marines get elected to the House.
Now that we’re back with the rest of the county, chances are Jimmy wouldn’t have gotten re-elected anyway. His last few have been anything but runaway victories, and the high number of active duty and retired military in our area would have most likely pushed his opponent over the top.
Any bets on a Republican victory in his old district this time around?
