It’s Open Carry for CHP Holders ONLY! You still have to jump through Hoops and pay Fees to the State and go to Shooting School to get a Permission Slip to exercise your Constitutional Rights. It’s not like Pennsylvania where the only Question is “Are you a U.S. Citizen over the Age of 21 with no bad record?”

For those in Oklahoma who plan on open carrying if the law is signed, please, please, please do it in a safe and sane manner. Do not expect things to go smoothly. I don’t usually link whore my own site, but this is what I think you should do if you’re going to open carry in Oklahoma for the first few months:
