So if microstamping isn’t in the budget, but the removal of funding for COBIS is, that’s a good thing, right?
The budget can pass and go to the Governor and it won’t include microstamping but will get rid of COBIS.

They should just move it to North Carolina makes more sense to have all based there.

Aren’t they already HQed in NC? I don’t think it would take a lot to get them to move the rest of their operations out of Tartarus, er, New York.
