I lived on campus at the University of Arizona from the Fall of 1983 until I graduated at the end of 1985, If my dorm was representative, between 1/3 and 1/2 of the men’s dorm rooms contained at least one firearm. And yes, there was a “no guns on campus” policy in effect at the time, and still is as far as I know.
As one of the proud bulldawg alumni nation, I can say, guns may be banned on that campus but they’re all over the place anyway.
Go pick a random truck on frat row and look behind the seat and I guarantee you’ll find a nice shotgun or rifle for the owner to go hunting after class at the very least.
