It looks like there isn’t much 2A in this. It seems to be purely a due process and property rights issue.

Move to a free state.
It’s a start. By unraveling the positions and pulling away the threads of the rug, they have fewer backs to stand and grind upon.
This is exactly what the police and impound lots do with cars they’ve towed. That’s something that happens to far more people than those who’ve had their firearms confiscated. It might be useful making the comparison.
