Hell, BUY a phone? Why bother? In Illinois, if you are on any kind of government aid, you can get a free cell phone with up to 200 free minutes per month!

All you have to do is qualify for food stamps/LINK, or subsidized housing, or whatever. I think I’ll quit my job and let all the fat, rich republicans pay my way.

The now ubiquitous ownership of cell phones has lessoned the call for implantable tracking chips. So you have that going for you. Which is nice.
