It doesn’t look terrible, but most of the stuff in there would not come in handy in the typical survival scenario (generally a max of 3-5 days with somebody out there looking for you). Too much emphasis on food-gathering, not enough on signals, shelter, and water, which would be more immediate needs. Arrowhead? Handcuff key?
I’m with Squirrel. Needs a mirror instead of that stuff. Maybe a tiny whistle. Perhaps an inflatable-ish water carrier.
(Now the magnets I can kinda see; two strong REMs can act as a removable adhesive, and yes – dangle it and it’s a compass. I’d rather have a tiny compass, but even the magnets alone are more use than the arrowhead or fishhooks.
[Now, if I was a fisherman, and thought I might get lost in the woods for days with just a wallet-sized kit, I suppose it would be less than hilariously stupid. But no.])
Add a LED keychain light and since you should always be carrying your knife, you are fairly well set if you are not carrying a “real” survival kit. I did look at the one you posted, and it’s much too expensive for what it is. I think the best thing the ESEE kit has is the speargun line. Other than that, it’s mostly mall-ninja.
Build your own, tailored to your environment and the method by which you might get stuck. Pilots and bikers have very different ways they get stranded. Most people will do best by paying attention to basics and carrying simple kit that they actually know how to use. The skills are MUCH more important than the “kit.”

I was tempted, but I suspect I can put together a similar kit for somewhat less money.

And $70 for the bundle? Ouch.

Rare earth magnets? What the heck are you supposed to do? Build a compass?
Really, what survival use are rare earth magnets?

Fishhooks? Arrowhead?
Please.

Honestly, the best “pocket survival kit” I’ve had is the first one:
