What the heck is with these pinheads and barrel shrouds (whether the kind that go up at the shoulder or the ones that, you know, shield the user from being burned by hot metal)?

But Paul Castiglione, an assistant state’s attorney arguing for Cook County, told the court that should not apply to this case. That is just Awesome.. He does not believe the Facts should apply to the case even though he used distorted facts in the case….

And yet, all this Delaying and Denying of the Rights of Citizens to Keep and Bear Arms gets paid by those same Citizens through their Taxes.
You know, there used to be time when the Supreme Court Ruled something was Unconstitutional, the local Pols and D.A.s would stop doing Unconstitutional Acts and obey the Law. Nowadays, they act as if they were Obama and say “The Courts don’t have the Right to Declare Laws Unconstitutional.”
But I guess Illinois is “Special.”
