I love revolvers because I reload, and I don’t have to chase the precious, precious brass. I can use any weird ass bullet mold I want, and load the rounds to just about any length that will fit in the cylinder, and they’ll go bang. Allows for a lot of experimentation, and that’s where the fun is. Semis are super finicky by comparison, but I, ironically, prefer to carry single stack semis because they’re flat, and revolvers ain’t.
I would rather carry a long gun for defensive purposes, however with that said, I wouldn’t feel under gunned with a .357 or a 44spl. I have the original bulldog which is still a great revolver.
I’m not planning on meeting hoards of zombies, but if I was I would get me the Dillion Aero.
I really like my Ruger SP 101 .357 snubbie, but the damn thing prints like a grapefruit in my pocket, so I switched to the Ruger LC 9. Both guns have lasers on them.
