It’s about time someone noticed that word “qualified” before immunity.

Again unless we’re talking about active attacks, or hostage situations there should NEVER be no-knock warrants.
If they can destroy the evidence in the time it takes to serve a warrant then there really isn’t enough of a crime to commit to sent in the goon squad.

They violated their civil rights while armed with handguns. (cf. Ramos and Compean) Mandatory twelve years. Won’t happen. Prosecutorial discretion.

I live in San Antonio and this is the first I’ve heard of that incident. The Establishment has kept real quiet about this.
