Collect rain water, bathe at a friend’s house, and throw your trash and bodily waste into the street. Preferably in front of city hall. Let’s see how long they can hold their nose.

I love all the positive press coming out of my home state. I especially like the part about the PRC saying that prohibitions on disconnecting utilities for poor or elderly people only applies to utility companies, not the guberment.

On top of that, Redflex probably buggered the yellow light times as well. The fastest way to screw with these morons is to video any light they have messed with, count the yellow light frames, and then file a report with the state traffic engineer about an improperly set yellow light duration at that intersection.
In most states, an outstanding dispute with the state engineer invalidates tickets caused by that traffic control.
This will end up in court, the city will lose, and the ‘tards in city hall will be setting their own funeral pyres on election day.
