John Smith – I have to cry BS. Look, Obama’s supreme court nominees are guaranteed to be bad. Guaranteed. Romney has at least a decent chance of picking someone good.
Nowadays, and unfortunately, court nominations are the single most important long-lasting thing a president does. Throwing up your hands and pretending it doesn’t matter is crazy talk.
