Last I checked, there were several 3 and 4 barrel shotguns at the NRA museum — the triples were generally all in a triangle formation, while there were both square and diamond quads.

Three Barrels doesn’t impress me, ever since I saw (and actually held!) a Winchester Liberator 4-barreled shotgun at the Knob Creek machine gun shoot many years ago, I have always wanted one. That was the first and only time I’ve seen one for sale even after 12+ years of looking. There is also the elusive Colt Defender 8-barrel shotgun that might not exist beyond the prototype models. Both were designed in the 60’s by Robert Hillberg & sadly are mostly forgotten.
