A thing I think I want

An M&P22. If it had an M&P trigger, I’d like one. Anyone familiar with the trigger?

Shelley Rae (over at Gun Nuts) has one as a counter gun, but I can’t recall if she described the trigger.

Trigger is aiiight. It’s nothing to get excited over, but fair. Not as easy to upgrade IMHO than their centerfire counterparts.

With that said, I have fired about every type of ammo through it that I can find and the ONLY thing that it wouldn’t cycle was the snake shot. Not a big surprise that it wouldn’t cycle those though. It has cycled some pretty crappy ammo and every type of sub-sonics that I have put through it.

In my book, it’s a winner!

Agree with Robert. The trigger isn’t anything to rave about, but it works and the pistol is very fun to shoot. Saves a lot of money too as the ergonomics are the same as the M&P.

In its defense, the trigger has a much better factory reset than a full-size M&P. It’s actually a single-action with a fully shrouded hammer.

    Here’s a good look at ours- http://gunscoffee.blogspot.com/2012/01/m-first-look.html

Got one last month. Definitely a keeper. Trigger is close enough. The savings in ammo using .22 vs. centerfire will pay for the gun if you shoot it enough.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
