Initiation

Changing no duty to retreat laws so that they cannot be used as a defense to someone who initiates a confrontation. The law already says that so you should be good to go. But the WaPo would rather lie about gun laws.

Funny, I always had the idea that part of the reason that defenders got into legal trouble was because the law did not want to get sucked into determining “who started it”, not unlike the schoolteachers who prefer to punish both kids rather than sort out “you said, he said” situations.
