   Always remember – The Jury is made up of 12 people too stupid to get out of Jury Duty!

   (as a note, that’s a jest. I’d LOVE to do Jury Duty but my politics and views on nullification disqualify me).

   Look, I for one am glad he was kicked out of Metallica for being an angry drunk…not a drunk…an angry drunk. They were all drunks.

   I celebrate both bands, and they each have a distinct sound. If they hadn’t split, we would have “The Big Three” in Thrash, instead of “The Big Four”.

   Though admittely, Mustaine would never have stood for the “Load/Reload/St Anger” abortions.

   I’ve gone. I’m the kind of guy one side or the other is going to reject for being too rational. I’m glad it was in the first sitting, so I wasn’t there all day.

   I’ve been picked to sit on a jury twice and got booted off both times.

   On the first one I got the boot when the defense lawyer learned that I have 3 daughters, The defendant was charged with giving booze to 2 minor girls (15 and 16) so that he could have his way with them.

   On the second one I was booted when the defense lawyer learned that I was a Fireman. The defendant was chaged with arson.

   Ya think the defense lawyers might have thought that I’d be biased? 🙂
