Chicago begins the Appeal in 3,2,1…
Hey! It just hit me! Could this apply to Mickey Bloomberg’s NYC Anti-Gun Sullivan Laws? It was a FEDERAL Judge, after all.
Chicago is 7th Circuit, NY is 2nd. Can’t hurt though, might eventually even create a Circuit split and justify the Supremes getting involved, though hopefully they will take a case and clarify what “bear” means first.
