Another wrong house raid by ATF
Handcuff a woman and point guns at her son. Happens often enough you’d think they’d check addresses.

“Thankfully Dominicos’ son recognized it was law enforcement and put the gun down right away. ”
He took a chance either way of ended up dead. Either a notch on a tax collector’s riflestock, or from a thug dressed up as a … well, thug.

They don’t double check addresses because there is little to no downside to these actions. Wrong house still makes for good practice. And it keeps the civilians scared. In most places they can not be sued for this and if you fight back you face jail time or death. Win-win for the thugs. Whoops. I meant cops.

Now how is it that LEOs, who have days/weeks/months to “investigate” before hitting a address ofton get the wrong one yet us Firefighters who have only minutes after recieving the response info to map out the location and route to that location never arrive at the wrong address?

I suspect the raging blaze at the address in question would make it obvious, Huck. =P

What is the ATF doing on a drug raid? I know they blur the lines all the time, most infamously with Waco’s warrant being for drugs hoping to find illegal weapons in the process. But still I though we needed all. These alphabet agencies so they could specialize in their fields.

An officer breaking the 4 rules during his work on someone who has not put him in harm should be illegal.
These severe failures need consequences, or they will not cease.

It aint always a raging blaze HL. Most house fires aint fully involved when we get there and have very little exterior smoke. Plus there’s medical responses too which obviously dont spew smoke. 🙂
No matter what the response is for, we still have to get the RIGHT address and plot out the route there.
But we always arrive at the RIGHT ADDRESS.

I wonder if this happens much in the south? Just curious since people seem to be better armed down here.
