You used to have to buy IR lasers sights from Belorus, because the ones made in the US were all made by companies that wanted to play the “cops only” game.
The big thing, it sounds to me, is the price. TNVC has been selling a variety of Class 1 IR laser devices for a while now, and I can’t imagine that CT’s gotten around the restrictions that prevent places selling more powerful IR devices to people without military or LE letterheads.
In the meantime … Are CT planning to sell budget-level nightvision equipment, too? Because an IR laser you can’t see seems kinda pointless …
