They still make those?
I get notified about some amazon deal alerts. I was surprised to learn that they still make calculators. Even graphing ones.

As often as you pimp for Amazon I hope you get some kickbacks or at least a fee for advertising for them. 🙂

The Casio FX115ES is where it’s at, man. That little sucker does everything you might need–including some calculus functions–and it’s legal to use on the Fundamentals of Engineering exam, unlike those big programmable graphing calculators.
And now is where you wonder at how someone can like a calculator so much.

Graphing calculators are stupid expensive for their capability, the only reason they still exist is because you can’t use a phone with a graphing calculator app on an exam.

The Directional Drillers I work with swear by calculators, and the ones they like the most are the old HP RPN versions that you can’t buy anymore. I’ve seen some pay hundreds for and old HP off eBay just because they can’t buy them new.
