Woman gets hit by baseball at a little league game. It’s clearly her fault since she knew it was a game and she should have paid attention. But she’s suing instead.

A classmate of mine in high school sued an won against the local sports association for being hit in the head by a foul ball in the bleachers. What was he doing instead of watching the game? Hitting on girls.

We must ban baseball to protect women and children! They are often the hardest hit! (See what I did there?)

In a sensible world, which might even be this one, it’ll get thrown out by the judge and she’ll pay the target’s legal costs.

That is why the NHL requires nets between the players and the crowd. Too many people suing when they got hit by pucks leaving the ice.
