Could there be danger in this? Could, for instance, firearms be banned, but because Stun Guns are not, the argument be made that The 2nd Amendmant is satisfied?
HL: I don’t doubt some will argue that, but in the long run I don’t know that they’ll get very far with it. Bans on online speech aren’t permissible simply because letter writing satisfies the 1st Amendment.
