The news story of course, is anecdotal, like all the anecdotal evidence that is just one more piece that will be dismissed as a single piece of anecdotal evidence by the GW crowd.
Easy solution; stop going and measuring them, or of you do, only report when they’re receding, never when they’re growing. Report only the hot spots around the country, never the cold ones. Hold global warming summits only in the hottest part of the summer, never in January in Siberia. Silly Gooses; it’s so simple don’t you know.
