I’m a Life member of both the NRA and the 2nd Amendment Foundation. IMO the GOA is a fraud.

While the fact that NRA-endorsed Democrats voted for ObamaTax may have been an unintended consequence, it can scarcely have been an unforeseen one.

Because of the Obamcare law, hospitals (where I work) are already asking lifestyle questions which then go into a federal data base. Of course, that’s a new fascist system whereby the feds are using private healthcare to circumvent the 4th and 5th Amendments. It shouldn’t be too long before they are asking if you have guns…something to be added to their federal healcare data base.
But gun rights orgainzations should do what they do and not work against each other. Join which ever one or ones you approve, give and work against tryanny and for the Bill of Rights. I like GOA becasue they work for ALL of the Bill of Rights. If you only concern yourself with the 2nd one, the government will use violations of the otehrs to go after the 2nd Amendment.

Addendum: Two of the “lifestyle questions” NOW BEING ASKED to go into the federal databae are about alcohol and tobacco, that’s two of the ATF, and we know what the 3rd one is, the “F” is, don’t we? “Do you own and use firearms?”
