That’s racist
Subject and verb agreement in black culture is to blame for everyone taking Obama’s comments out of context. Yes, they think you’re stupid.

I remember a friend telling me he was voting for Obama back in 08 because it would end racism.
Funny how things have turned out.

When you get to be president, especially one known to be a great orator, you don’t get to claim ignorance of the language no more… (did you catch that?)

An insulting lie, even for the Racist in Chief…

Point #1: Obama is no more “black” than he is “white.” Note that both of these are “colors” and neither is a “race.”
Point #2: I don’t know that Obama truly knows why this is offensive. Show me one thing he’s built. Show me one time he’s worked as hard as a business owner.
Point #3: “FAIL” on the Republican ad. The point’s well made, but you will lose a lot of folks by showing only “whitey.” There are a lot of hard-working minority business owners out there; couldn’t you have found a couple that were willing to participate in the ad?
Point #4: Of course they think we’re stupid. A majority of those who showed up at the polls in ’08 bought the load of fertilizer Obama was selling. (Of course, the elitest, pro-Obama, anti-gun, big-government guy he was running against didn’t help.)
Point #5: The Obama campaign seems to be all out of altitude, airspeed, and good ideas all at the same time. If they had a valid point to make, they wouldn’t be digging the (r)ace card out of their sleeve.

When everybody was willing to overlook Trinity United Church and it’s open racism, this is the only logical conclusion.

Drifter: on Point #3: 80% and more of blacks polled are going to vote for Obama regardless of his position.
So who cares?

Only 80%????
That means Romney wins.

That’s not a reason for not trying. You’re just playing into their baseless accusations. Besides, there are other minority factions that are at least somewhat in play.

“you didn’t build that” = “you didn’t build that”. No Ebonics involved. Obama may have been trying to be a hipster Negro, as best he could remember how to be, at the time that he said it, but that is separate from the meaning of what he said, which was an insult to every business owner in the country, and was something that only a Marxist douchebag could say.
