When he included the explicit constitutional protection of an enumerated right as the basis for his ruling, Judege Reinhardt made clear that no further argument about the ruling by legal curs would be tolerated.
And he makes it clear that strict scrutiny of the narrowest sort applies.
And he insulted the person making the argument as having no understanding of logic, the constitution, or a legal argument.

No more than people with printers are likely counterfeiters and fraudsters, or people secure in their homes, papers and effects are likely smugglers or slave traders.
