You know, I didn’t think about it at the time, but they were pretty happy people. For a memorial service there was very little of the group whine going on. One of the speakers said that he was told by the reporters that the press was surprised how little the Sikhs played the typical put upon minority game you always get. There was no marching, no shouting stuff from the rooftops, just calm resolve.
