So if the housing contract at the University can get me to sign away my 2nd Amendment rights, can they also get me to sign away my other rights? Legally, I mean.
I always thought that fundamental rights could not be removed from individuals in a contract.

The primary complaint of the NYT times was that Colorado allows legal concealed carry at all, regardless of campus issues.
Because the NYT knows you have no right to self-defense, outside the home or otherwise. Of course the Supreme Court said otherwise, with absolute clarity about self-defense within the home. And I am confident that soon the Supreme Court will speak with equal clarity about self-defense outside the home. So where will the NYT retreat to then?
Will the NYT finally and honestly begin clamoring for repeal of the 2nd Amendment and institution of a prohibitionist amendment? I think the chance is 50/50.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but A) No one at Columbine or Aurora had a CHP, so B) they had to sneak in their SHOTGUNS in Bags.
I know we have a lot of Great Holster Makers out there, but I’ve never heard of anyone making an IWB for a Mossy 500.
Perhaps those Fools should form a new group: “The Co-alition to Stop Duffel Bag Violence?”
