Why Andrew doesn’t modify his carry weapons. About the only modifications I do on carry guns is trigger work. For the Glocks, I do the buff trigger job and for M&Ps I change out the sear and drop in a RAM.
Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.

I do typically change out the front sights on all of my guns to a red fiber optic. It’s what I look at on my competition gun, so I prefer to have something familiar on the rest as well.
