The nanny state marches on
Having solved all of NYC’s problems, the city moves to ban sodas larger than 16oz.

I hope that people don’t take 32 oz. sodas that they smuggled in from outside the People’s Democratic Republic of New York City and start splattering them on Bloomberg’s door. I’d be heartbroken. Might lead to calls for a national ban on heavy caliber assault sodas.
That billionaire, douchebag, control freak has 19,000 kids in his city’s homeless shelters, but he’s wasting his time wringing his hands and whining about 32 oz. sodas for a law that will have zero impact on obesity. He is a psychopath who gets off on bullying people. Bloomberg is a monster without a soul.

What about the “Supermarket Loophole”?
You can buy 66 oz sodas from the refrigerator section of supermarkets and easily get around this prohibition.
They know the spirit of the law and yet insist on hewing to the letter of the law to violate the spirit of fighting obesity.
Calling him a douchebag insults something that has a useful purpose.

Somehow, soda is more dangerous important than the rape of a 70 year old women in your signature park…

That will soon be 19,000 trim and fit homeless, though. And those rapists? Dahling, they looked mahvelous…
Downtown Benghazi is no more foreign to me than The Otherness that is NYC. I would not enter that city at the head of an armored column. Maybe, with air support.

Everytime I’m at the baseball grounds in Jacksonville, I buy a 32oz Coke and have a thought about Michael Bloomberg.. And when I’m back in my seat, out comes the shortdog of Jim Beam. There’s probably some law against that, but it’s Florida, so nobody cares.

Also the law does not apply to any drink of more than 50% milk. So a 20oz coke is verbotten but a 36oz milkshake is ok. Typical stupid liberal.

Not to mention his legislation is targeting dispensaries where typically a 16oz cup contains 8oz of soda and 8oz of ice.
