Justice Stevens: Still a moron
I’m amazed that someone who would say:
Maybe you have some kind of constitutional right to have a cell phone with a pre-dialed 911 in the number at your bedside and that might provide you with a little better protection than a gun which you’re not used to using
Is considered a legal expert, much less was a supreme court justice. Of course, given his sloppy dissent in Heller, it’s not surprising.

I bet he has a bit more protection than a ‘pre-dialed 911’ number. Like DC guards… with guns.

A right to have a device to call the police is pretty useless when you are not in fact entitled to have the police show up, let alone in a timely fashion. But what do I know? I’m no political appointee for life nor am I a big city elite educated lawyer.

Remember. When seconds mean the difference between life and death. the police are only minutes (or Hours) away. Stevens is a retard.

Perhaps the Constitution also implies free issuance of chalk, so you can draw the silhouette around your own body. All part of the justice “process.”
