Not sure there wasn’t “collateral damage”, Steve – they admit that several police cars had police-inflicted holes in them – and I bet if they nicked a few of their fellow officers, they might not admit it..
Even if each cop had a 15 round magazine in his gun for a total of 195 rounds of ammo, I’d be willing to bet that at least one or two or three of those cops shot their entire wads and had to grab for a second magazine. And what was it Senator Donne Trotter said about cops…?

There was some statistic, from the Korean War, some now say since debunked, that there was one enemy death from every 50,000 shots fired. ?
