Uh, Ye Olde Skool Sheet Metal Shoppe can work just fine, with a little help from a Small Casting Rig for the Mandrels.
But if Push comes to Shove, I’m sure any decent Machine Shop with a CNC Cell can crank out all the parts anyone needs with the right Software. Gun Barrels are the Main Sticking Point. Everything else is just Time and Materials.
I have a shop in the garage that has everything to do anything short of rifling a barrel. Might be able to work something up with button or broaching, at that.

I took a look at the NY vs US crime statistics.

Came to the same conclusion that NY’s laws will do NOTHING to prevent crime. It’s sad, but I liked the people when I lived in the state. Now, I wouldn’t consider it.
