5. What happens if someone offers to buy my gun on the way to Kicks for Guns?
If you attempt to buy a gun from someone walking to the event you will be arrested. If you attempt to sell that gun, you will be arrested.
I saw that too, Britt. If I lived in Florida, I’d try it just to test them. That *CAN’T* be legal, as Florida, like most states, has no restrictions on private transfers.
Congratulations, radio station! People handed in, given your pictures, a bunch of pretty much worthless break-action guns, and got merchandise or gift cards of greater value.
With, as admitted, very few illegal guns turned in (and those with full amnesty! Very handy for getting rid of evidence…).
I, too, am curious re “5. What happens if someone offers to buy my gun on the way to Kicks for Guns?

GayCynic, I emailed this link to SayUncle because I am curious about the same thing. I was hoping someone might have more info about #5. Since this is my local radio station, I might just have to test it out this year…

I wonder if the ones listed as stolen will be returned to their rightful owners.

I’d like to go down with my friendly FFL and try to be arrested. then I can buy a hell of a lot more guns for winning the official oppression lottery!

A great way to dump stolen or guns used in crimes like homicide. Mostly junk though…
