We must ban assault dogs
Mark Kelly. gun ban advocate and hubby of Gabby Giffords, neglected to properly watch or restrain his dog on a beach and the dog killed a sea lion. Of course he doesn’t want you to have dangerous things like guns because he thinks you might act negligently. I mean, you wouldn’t want to leave a gun or large dog in the hands of someone who can’t handle it.
Meanwhile, the gun store that sold him the gun that he got caught buying has rescinded the sale.

Well, Mr. Kelly claims it was a “straw sale” so regardless of political position the seller is doing what he is legally obligated to do (report it) and waise to do (not complete the transfer).
Now, if Mr. Kelly is lying about this, he is not to be trusted alone in public. But if he is telling the truth, when will he be prosecited? (/sarc)

It’s ok. He just had his dog off the leash to show people how easy it is to kill an aquatic mammal.

Too bad the ATF was not there. They would have shot the dog first and the sea lion would have survived.
