   Given the choice between Al-Quaida on the rebel side, and Hezboallah (Iran) on the regime side, we decide to back Al-Q. Kerry must have lost the coin toss that was held at mid-field with the Russians.

   Well perhaps we should consider the concept of not interfering at all!
   The islamists have been murdering each other for many century’s. NO-ONE has ever been able to convince them to stop their murderous ways. Not the Chinese (many centuries back), not the Europeans, not the Russians, not the Americans, not nobody.
   Iran & Iraq fought a bloody war for many years & all they managed to do is kill off a lot of each others soldiers. (that is if you can call them soldiers)
   Not another American penny, Not another American soldier, diplomat, peace keeper. Let ’em kill off each other. If they decide to mess with us, then nuke ’em until they glow. It’s the only way to actually stop them.

    Viet Nam was started by a democrat and then accelertaed by the one that followed. Republicans ended it.

    We are about to repeat that, just in the mid east, where we have been fighting for 10 years.

    Let’s see. Bush had intel regarding WMDs in Iraq, 6000 dead Kurds up North from gassing, mass graves of Shiites in Iraq South, so he commits America’s finest and the Dems and Libs go nuts.

    BarryO hears about WMDs being used to gas rebels, 90,000 dead Muslims, and commits America’s finest (oh, yeah, that’s coming right after the trainers, just ask Vietnam Vets) and not a Code Pinker in sight.

    So the U.S. government is providing rebels with full-auto “assault weapons” and more to fight a tyrannical government while here, our government says “why do you need?” semi-auto rifles and pistols and scoff at the idea of ever using them against a tyrannical government!!
