Odd victory

I don’t know that I’d call it a victory. It’s tragic it went that far. Some tar and feathers would make it a victory.

    18 USC § 241 – Conspiracy against rights

    If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or

    If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured—

    They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

    Teacher, Principal, Cop, DA, Judge…WHY ARE THEY NOT BEING PROSECUTED???

    The NRA doesn’t get raped so easily, despite the government’s efforts.

    Who’s going to prosecute them, the prosecutors? Those are the fine folks responsible for this:
    “And on Monday, the boy was summoned back to court as prosecutors sought to have a gag order imposed on him and his family. They claimed Jared and his father talking to the press about the case was not in the boy’s interest, a rationale his own attorney rejected.”

    Police and prosecutors (especially prosecutors) VERY rarely see consequences for their unethical behavior. The incentives are not there for anyone to bring down justice upon them.

    We the People have become pussies so we’re not likely to bring consequences to police, prosecutors, or judges for their incompetence and corruption.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
