Benghazi: Survivors Forced to Sign Non-Disclosure Agreements

    Transparency , opacity.

“What difference, at this point, does it make?”, sayeth the Hildebeast.

  2. comatus Says:

What a curious own-goal. A federal employee with any level of security clearance is already subject to the ultimate non-disclosure agreement, for matters of substance, and it’s (now) well established that these papers have no standing on testimony in court, or to Congress. Why do it? How could anyone think the requirement would remain secret?

  3. mikee Says:

While this is a complication to the publishing of books or participation in public interviews by survivors, it is also a long-standing government policy dating back at least to the 1970s, when it was used with persons I know, now retired, who did military intelligence work.

It also does not stop Congress from reading the classified military after-action reports on that night, nor does it stop Congress from hearing the testimony of the survivors.

I wish the dog and pony show would stop and the Congress would, you know, do their jobs.

  4. SPQR Says:

Doing their jobs would mean impeaching the members of the administration that keep refusing to answer Congress’ questions.

Markie Marxist sez: “That ‘transparency” shit was just BS for the crackaz! We in charge now! The world is under new management!”

  6. JKB Says:

Well, it is transparent what is going on.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
