And they’re back
Really, what’s this guy gonna do? It’s not like he can go out and get a day job. Who’d hire him? I mean, I would just to piss people off but most people won’t. He’s suing NBC. That may go his way or not. I suppose a book deal. But it better be for enough money to last him until he fades into obscurity.
This came home as homework for the summer. There are no instructions. Not sure if we’re to write it, correct it, rearrange the words or make sense of if. Maybe it’s so my kids can understand Rachel Jeantel if they’re ever on a jury.

Junior: I want you to teach me how to fight!
Me: OK. Put up your dukes!
Junior: *puts up dukes*
Me: Can you run away?
Junior: Yes.
Me: Then run. First rule of fighting is not to get in one.
Junior: That’s not what I meant!
Me: But you learned the first rule.
Junior: Fine, I’ll runaway.
Me: Next we’ll work on what you do if you can’t run away.
Junior: *rolls eyes*
So, several people have suggested that I try one out. I went to the mall and hit up four different phone providers (Verizon, US Cellular, Sprint and Radio Shack) and not a single one had a demo model. Just a fake one. I stopped at another Verizon store as well and there wasn’t one there, either.
Sounds like Microsoft is getting screwed.
Mayor Bloomberg is hosting a fundraiser for Joe Manchin. Gun controllers hanging out. Manchin could have a hard time getting re-elected. Of course, this is a state that kept sending Robert Byrd to DC.
Truth: “Organic” is not a diet, it’s a religion.
Actually, there’s more truth at that post than that.
Also, all these anti GMO folks on the bookface seem to have made it a religion.
At first, I thought cool:
Back in May, a month after Gov. Dannel P. Malloy signed the state’s gun control law, Stag Arms of New Britain came up with a modified design and took it to the state police firearms unit to see whether it would pass muster.
The unit was helpful, even making a design suggestion that would help assure the gun would not be classified as an illegal assault weapon. Stag prepared to make the rifle, a .22-caliber version of the military-style AR-15.
But now, the state popo will no longer answer such questions. It does seem reasonable to ask those who enforce the law whether something complies with it. And, if I was Stag, I’d move.
An article supposedly on How the Aurora shooter got his bullets apparently caused something at the local paper important enough to put on the front page. Because most Knoxville news is a months later expo on how some thing that was big news way back when has ties to Knoxville.
Anyhoo, the article seems to try to make my personal favorite ammo company and, you know, an advertiser look like some international spy agency engaged in complexities for the goal of what, I dunno. But they mostly just seem to be using a logistics company to help their distribution.
That’s a lot of words to say so little.
Uhm, sparky, you know that thing is adjustable, right? And looks to me like it could use some sights.
Tell me if I missed anything important but here’s the stuff I have shit to say about:
42 year old minor drug offense, can’t buy a 22LR rifle
Those vigilantes should never have taken the law into their own hands.
Now you can bear arms in the post office parking lot.
We didn’t brand it that. It is that.
Need has nothing to do with it:
Zimmerman is suing NBC for their edited 911 tape that made him sound racist and, also, probably started all this bullshit.
And “stand your ground” laws had exactly dick to do with this case.
Obama uses Trayvon statement to call for gun control.
And where’s their vigil? In 513 Days Between Trayvon Dying and the Zimmerman Trial Verdict, 11,106 Blacks Have Been Murdered by OTHER BLACKS
And do you think Zimmerman would said Oh, you’re white. It’s OK.
I think Lamar is in trouble this time around. Too squishy and too much agreement with Obama. So, Rand Paul says that ad was not an endorsement.
No, I think it’s already out of the media’s attention. Not like it ever really was.
Meanwhile, one of the guns was used to murder a police chief and bodyguard in Mexico.
Eric Holder calls the shooting of Martin unnecessary. I suppose that depends upon perspective. See, if I was on the ground being beaten, I would think it necessary to shoot the person doing the beating.
So, some guy wants gun owners to be held responsible if their guns are used for something bad. Not the people who do it. The people who own the guns.
Me on the Zimmerman trial: Two idiots tried to out idiot each other. One was successful.
Zimmerman is not guilty on all counts. Good.
Seems laws and facts trump race baiting and emotion.
Update: What she said.
But you may not have noticed I was gone. Took the clan to the beach and had a good time. Stuff will resume at some point.
Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
