Illinois governor was overridden on carry law.
That was worth posting from my unsecure location.
You can tell when elections are coming up soon because the democrats roll out a fake pro-gun group. This time, it’s the American Rifle & Pistol Association.
Working slowly toward dumping Google, but it his proving difficult and probably won’t be complete until October when my phone contract is up. But more reasons to avoid the “don’t be evil” crew:
The Bluebox Security research team – Bluebox Labs – recently discovered a vulnerability in Android’s security model that allows a hacker to modify APK code without breaking an application’s cryptographic signature, to turn any legitimate application into a malicious Trojan, completely unnoticed by the app store, the phone, or the end user.
And this: In June of 2013, I made an interesting discovery about the Android phone (a Motorola Droid X2) which I was using at the time: it was silently sending a considerable amount of sensitive information to Motorola, and to compound the problem, a great deal of it was over an unencrypted HTTP channel.
Might be looking at a Windows phone.

The police have surrounded a former blogger’s house because he applied for a gun permit in MA. Live free or there.

A day to celebrate freedom by going across state or county lines to buy fireworks because they’re illegal where you live.
Be safe and have fun.
They had a huge event, giving away free regular capacity magazines. Thousands showed up and Magpul put 20,000 new mags in circulation. Good.
Gun rights folks held a magazine swap in protest to CO’s new ban on, uhm, swapping magazines. And no one was arrested, that I’ve heard of.
I think Publicola would find this surprising.

Bill Repealing State Prohibition of Hunting With Suppressors Takes Effect Today. Also, if you’d have asked me five years ago if I thought NRA would be talking about suppressors, I’d have laughed at you.
I’ll save you the trouble and tell you to skip to very near the end:
I saw the shell go in and cringed.
Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.
