Don’tcha just LOVE the repeated requests for Paul to attend a classified meeting? Pisses the ever loving crap out me every time I hear that or the “classified” words coming out of a politician’s mouth. Not only is it OUR money, but it’s OUR lives and welfare at stake which YOU aren’t keeping us informed of—probably because you know we’d shit 300+ million bricks at the same time and revolt.

The Constitution states:
“…
Section 2. The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; …”
It says “shall be” vs. “is” and “when called into the actual service.” Who does this calling? Does the president call upon himself? Where is the logic in that?

Yo, “when called …” modifies “and of the Militia of the Several States”.
