Reality, not something that agrees with world views
Colorado proves politicians can’t fear gun reform. Here in the real world, we were just talking about this.

From the article:
“Nobody can honestly argue that background checks, magazine limits and restrictions on domestic abusers diminish most citizens’ ability to defend themselves. Likewise, nobody can honestly argue such policies are an indiscriminate effort to confiscate all guns.”
They certainly aren’t timid in their attempts to redefine reality.
I mean, sure, they are attempting to transform one of the bitterest lemons they have ever been handed into a beverage that their comrades will drink. And we know what they are doing and how intellectually bankrupt it is.
But who knows how many liberal sheep will lap this up and bleat it without question?

While the media on the right and left is nothing more than a propaganda outlet for their teams leadership, the one area I find most disgusting is the indoctrination of the children. Released today is the new History book at Guyer Highschool where the children are taught a “revised 2nd amendment”. You don’t need to change the laws when you can simply misinform the masses much like the main stream media on both the left and right do. If this doesn’t make you mad as Hell, nothing will. **Warning, if you get your news from Fox, do not read anything but this post from this link. You are not yet ready for the full truth – Normalcy bias alert!

Additionally, with gun extremists issuing threats of violence against pro-gun-control legislators, Colorado Democrats stopped explaining why their gun legislation was so necessary
When were the arrests and arraignments of those who threatened violence? What was their sentence?
I seemed to have missed the coverage unless of course it’s all bullshit.
After reading that article I need to take a shower and try to scrub the libtard out of my eyes.

Heinlein wrote about this fifty years ago:
“Mighty little force is needed to control a man whose mind has been hoodwinked; contrariwise, no amount of force can control a free man, a man whose mind is free. No, not the rack, not fission bombs, not anything — you can’t conquer a free man; the most you can do is kill him.” from “If This Goes On…”
That’s why schools have been so dumbed down over the years. It’s easier to control people who have never learned to read and think for themselves.

@ mariner
That nailed it…
Just like Alexander’s anger towards Plato’s books explaining how propaganda worked. he was angry that those who read them would not be susceptible to the propaganda he used against them, just like Obumer and Feinstein wanting to control the free press and alternative media, as their crimes are passed around like a bottle of liquor the the after prom party.
