Until Holder gets dumped in 2017, there will be NO Federal Charges Filed against any Anti-Freedom Law passed in Kali or anywhere else, even though they Blatantly Violate the 2A.
So those who can, should vacate Kali while they can.
So in New Jersey I can’t own my Marlin Model 60 .22LR semiautomatic with the tubular magazine, because it can theoretically hold more than 10 rounds of .22 Short and is thus a banned firearm.
And now in California I can’t own my Ruger 10/22 with its banana clips (from secondary manufacturers and even, now, Ruger OEM) because that is a banned firearm.
I wonder if it is possible to have legally, somewhere in the US, a collection of say, one dozen or more firearms from .22LR to .50BMG caliber with 10 calibers and models in between, that are individually or collectively illegal elsewhere in the US.
Then I’d like to see the Supreme Court case about these bans amounting to an infringement of the collector’s 2nd Amendment rights in their glorious totality.

It obviously won’t pass the Heller standard, so it’s more of a political protest than anything.
