The penalty for government officials who violate the Second Amendment should be public flaying. As is, it’s of less consequence than a parking ticket, because it is of no consequence at all. There is no federal law that prescribes any penalty whatsoever for public officials who violate Second Amendment rights – although under the Americans With Disabilities Act they can get into serious trouble with the law for merely annoying the handicapped, but the Bill of Rights, a fundamental, essential core document doesn’t count? America needs to quit fucking around – the Second Amendment needs legal teeth; preferably venomous ones! Our politicians should tremble and lose control of their bladders at the thought of violating the US Bill of Rights. As is, they laugh at it and do as they please.

My guess is he’s afraid he’ll be shot when “prowling” outside some young girl’s window.

As a veteran of the US Navy and having grown up in a military family along with being a part NRA for most of my life and my love for our beloved country of America. I dare you to take away my guns I won’t go down with out a fight many people before us fought and died to protect our constitutional rights including the right to bear arms and many more people are willing to stand up and make them same sacrifice to ensure that our Rights are protected. I have just one last thing to say. IF YOU TAKE AWAY MY GUNS I WILL JUST GO AND GET MORE YOU TELL ME I CAN’T AND I WILL SO GO AHEAD AND TRY TO TELL ME I CAN’T KEEP MY GUNS. I DARE YOU!!!
