ATF: Also incompetent
An OIG audit of their bungling of a an FFL revocation case concluded: “that the New Orleans Field Division did not comply with ATF’s administrative action policy in the Guns & Ammo case and did not follow instructions it received from ATF headquarters…(and) also found that this case highlighted the problems that can result from the delays in ATF’s inspection process”

Well, considering that the BATFE has managed to lose two copies of my new C&R license with my new address on it, and my permission slip for having an SBS in a new state, I cannot say as though I am surprised.
