First magazine case in NY
Man puts 10 rounds in his 10 round magazine and gets arrested. I wonder if he can claim he loaded it before the limit of 7 went into effect?

Technically not the first magazine case. The first one was against The New York Weekly Journal, JP Zenger publisher, in 1735. Areopagitica!
