NY assemblymen want social media to crackdown on lawful commerce
So, is facebook gonna do background checks? No, of course not. Such commerce is legal and sales that go through a dealer will still require a check.

Remember, I do this to entertain me, not you.

I was gonna say… how can Facebook ban gun sales without background checks?
Facebook doesn’t do gun sales.
Facebook can’t stop people from selling guns to one-another, practically speaking – nor can it somehow enforce that they use a dealer or do a background check.
It’s not Facebook’s job, nor is it within their capability.
(It was hilarious to follow their link to the Daily News and watch it hyperventilate over the fact that – people can offer to sell a gun to someone else, using Instagram.
Sure, the ad they showcased doesn’t say anything about any illegal activity or the violation of any laws at all, but guns and internet!!!)

I can’t wait until the first time I see, ‘The Facebook Loophole.’
That’s going to make me laugh.

Private sales are now illegal in NYS under Cuomo’s SAFE Act.
All sales must go through a dealer. Dealers may charge no more than $10, but they’re charging $35 to $50.

Offering guns for sale, anywhere, anyhow, is still legal. These legislators are the worst of the anti-gun lunatics. They’ve gotten the ban on all private sales that they wanted, but they’re still trying to ban private sales. They’ve destroyed the Second Amendment in NYS, but do we still have a FIRST Amendment under these communist cocksuckers?

Yeah, give Frank’s Gun Trunk at 3rd and Hamilton a like if you want to buy guns illegally.
